on today's show we're diving into this 2026 NFL draft conversation as it relates to the

buffalo bills and i want to talk about the challenges the bills could have in making

a draft a trade. What positions are in play for Buffalo, but I want to start by examining

what the bill's current position is entering the draft. And the 2026 NFL draft is, of course, a very meaningful team building

opportunity for the bills and the rest of the NFL. And ultimately for Buffalo specifically,

it's the next most significant opportunity to improve the roster now and into the future.

And so every draft is important.

And with this Bill's team now embracing a new head coach and in some ways resetting

the leadership, it's time to fill up the roster with some young talent to lead

this team into the future. Now, when it comes to the bill's current draft picks,

they're not really loaded with draft capital, of course, after trading away their second

round pick for DJ Moore. And so the bill's own pick 26.

That's their top pick, round one, pick 26.

Then they don't pick again until the third round pick 91.

That's a huge gap in selections.

They pick in the fourth round, number 126 overall.

They pick twice in the fifth round at 165 and 168.

They own the first pick in the sixth round, which is 182,

and then a seventh round pick number 220 overall.
