| 0:33.4 | going on in the market? Because we're definitely in a weird time for LP investors. |
| 0:40.0 | Yeah, you know, there's, I think there's a couple of things going on. There's a lot of |
| 0:43.4 | fear and uncertainty because, you know, more capital calls are coming. And I think they, you know, |
| 0:50.8 | capital calls started out slow and then it feels like operators, |
| 0:55.3 | we're kind of hoping that interest rates would decline. And every time the Fed meets and they delay |
| 1:01.4 | the interest rate decreases, you get a couple more capital calls the next day in our community |
| 1:08.2 | at least. And so people are still nervous. They're also nervous when |
| 1:13.1 | you know, you stop distributions. And I think those are two completely separate issues. But that's on |
| 1:18.4 | one side, the fear. And then on the other side, I think there's, there's a lot of people that are |
| 1:22.5 | waiting for the opportunity, right? When is the time to get back in? And, you know, I don't think |
| 1:27.4 | you want to time the market. Now our community, you know, I don't think you want to |
| 1:27.7 | time the market. Now our community, at least, we have about 2,000 LP investors in our community. |
