He is an LP and he kind of runs different kinds of investment.

for coming in, Jim. Thanks for having me. I'm happy to be here. So what are you kind of seeing right now

going on in the market? Because we're definitely in a weird time for LP investors.

Yeah, you know, there's, I think there's a couple of things going on. There's a lot of

fear and uncertainty because, you know, more capital calls are coming. And I think they, you know,

capital calls started out slow and then it feels like operators,

we're kind of hoping that interest rates would decline. And every time the Fed meets and they delay

the interest rate decreases, you get a couple more capital calls the next day in our community

at least. And so people are still nervous. They're also nervous when

you know, you stop distributions. And I think those are two completely separate issues. But that's on

one side, the fear. And then on the other side, I think there's, there's a lot of people that are

waiting for the opportunity, right? When is the time to get back in? And, you know, I don't think

you want to time the market. Now our community, you know, I don't think you want to

time the market. Now our community, at least, we have about 2,000 LP investors in our community.
