what's up everybody

I'm back you're back we had a couple of false starts, which happens

often, but this one was even, look, not because of gremlin, simply because of my own brain.

I've had now two false starts. I've now given, this will be my fourth intro to the show,

which, you know, it's good to get some practice. Okay, it's been a week

and a half since I've been on air. That is what we're doing. For those who are just tuning

into the podcast version, what's up? We love you. And you might notice my energy is a little

low, my voice. I'm going to try to keep it a little bit low because I haven't actually kept track.

I'm sure this happens every year.

But pretty much every single human being that I know right now has just begun to fight something off.

I feel the scratchiness, feel the sensitivity.

I want to make sure to take care of the vocal cords,

so I'm not spending the next two weeks huffing and puffing and scratching my way through the episode.

So we're going to take it easy today, but I wanted to reconnect,

sort of a soft launch here, back from the burn.
