What does this mean in terms of policy these last years? I welcome Conrad Black,

Distinguished Biographer, writing at the National Post about three fads.

Conrad gives me that word. Three fads that the Trudeau government has pursued that

unlikely to bear up in the course of history as substantive. The first fad is energy. Conrad,
