complete fantasy land, that you could reconcile economic growth, fiscal, and monetary policies

with an extremely aggressive green program, which essentially took the shape of a maximum effort

to reduce use of fossil fuels.

It never mind that Canada has immense reserves of oil and gas, and you're readily available,

and still achieve economic growth.
