That is pretty much the only rule. And if you've never caught this feature before, you should

know that the questions veer often within moments from the deadly serious to the sublimely ridiculous.

You've also got a better chance than usual of getting in early on this.

Actually, that's probably not a very good figure of speech to use in the current climate, is it?

It could be literal.

But because we're doing it today a little bit unexpectedly, having postponed it from yesterday in order to accommodate the new Prime Minister's first speech in the House of Commons, you've got a better chance than usual, of course, are getting on today.

So it's like who, why, what, where, when, when, when's, wherefore, why do we do that, where does that come from?

What's the origin of this? What's the origin of that? How come this? How come that? And somebody else listening will know the answer and they ring in on the same number.
