So the front runner for the presidential election has decided to take the view or the stance

that on the question of the most significant reordering of the three branches of government

since the decision, since the constitutional amendment that made the Senate directly elected

by the voters, meaning the change in the size of the Supreme Court, he will not say what

his position is on this matter until after the election.

It is 25 days or 26 days until the election and he is very deliberately said flatly that

he does not want this to be an issue and therefore he will not say, ye or nay, to the

idea that the Supreme Court should be increased in size to dilute the power of the conservative

majority.

Well, he actually said very explicitly that if I was to answer your question flatly,

it would be all over the press, you'd write about it, which is a tacit admission that

voters would be really, really interested in that, which they very well should be.
