arguments in two cases dealing with the constitutionality of laws which seek to

regulate how social media platforms regulate speech. One of the cases Net Net Choice versus Pakistan is out of Texas. The other Moody

versus Net Choice is out of Florida. So Net Choice is the organization

representing the tech companies.
