It's the virtue. She is really offended by how her ex-husband is handling situations

with their son. He is using language that she doesn't accept and is inappropriate, but

she's wondering if there's anything she can do about it legally. So maybe some of you

guys that have gone through divorces and have a similar situation can hit us up and give

us some advice here at 1-855, Bert Show. Bert Show helped my ex-husband and I share an

eight year old son together. We split up when my son was two. Let's just say that my

ex and I come from very different backgrounds. She grew up in a very rural part of Tennessee.

I have a tough time with that word. Me too.

I grew up in the city. Our political views were always pretty different. Let's just say

he is socially much less sensitive than me. Inevitably, that certainly had something to do with

our breaking up, but there were other issues too. But that's not important. What is important,

as she says, is that we have 50-50 coverage when it comes to our son. My ex uses language

around our son. I absolutely don't agree with and it's infuriating. I'm not just talking

I'm not just talking about cussing. He openly uses the N word and uses the F word in insult

to gay men around my son and these are in capital letters with periods.

All the time. He uses derogatory words for other cultures too. My son knows these are bad

words and has never used them around me, but I hear the two of them throw these words

around recklessly. My son is definitely getting mixed messages from the two of us. I've talked

to my ex about it too many times. I've emailed and texted him about it so many times he

simply laughs it off. I think he thinks it's funny to see me so mad. Do you guys know if

there is anything I can legally do about it? Has anybody else listening been in this situation?
