0:38.0	Easter is far and away the most significant day in my personal faith. Of course on Easter we celebrate the
0:44.8	resurrection of Jesus from the dead and that really forms the foundation of
0:48.4	Christianity. If you take out the resurrection of Jesus and by resurrection I mean bodily
0:54.2	resurrection of Jesus. Well you take that out and there's no Christianity left.
0:58.4	But Easter is also important to me because it changes the way I live my life. It shapes the way I live my
1:05.0	day-to-day life. I just want to take a few minutes today and think about how the
1:10.0	resurrection, the message of Easter, brings hope to our life. I have been called
1:15.8	cynical and unfortunately I have to plead guilty as charged. I do have this
1:21.1	cynical streak in me and I've got to constantly monitor it or else it will send me into a tail spin causing me to doubt that anything I do really matters.
1:30.0	I think I'm prone to see my life as being really busy but not necessarily significant
1:35.4	busy but not really making a difference. My best guess is that my cynicism comes
1:41.8	from growing up in a home where both my parents were involved
