Nothing itself is addictive on one hand.

And on the other hand, everything could be addictive

if there's an emptiness in that person that needs to be filled.

Elisa is the founder of Flow Living, a hormonal health care platform,

and the creator of a highly rated period tracking app called MyFlow, designed to help women optimize their diet, fitness, and lifestyle according to their cycle.

Her own diagnosis with PCOS is what led her to find alternative ways to heal.
