We all agree about that. No decent or high-minded or even half-minded.

Christian can deny this.

The question is whether America can be saved.

This is one of the most important shows I'll do in a long time.

Although this proposition stretches our minds into the future,

it involves intellectual legwork surrounding the past.

Specifically, the question was, was America hardwired at its framing to become a transsexual

tyranny, the transsexual tyranny that we see now.

Is what we see, in other words, every time we turn on the TV or set foot in the town square,

a 1776 or a 1788, fait accompli, was it set to be this way all along?

Most faithful Catholics answer yes.

Just today, the folks at the New Paulde Institute are hosting a summit,

June 3rd, yesterday and June 4th today, entitled, Is America a Tyranny

at the Franciscan University of Steubenville?

One of the events architects, Jacob Imom, who's a friend of this show and has been on this show,

for my party is a friend, told me that in his estimation all but two

of the events speakers attribute America's tyranny to its framing remember founding is 1776

declaration of independence framing is 1788 when we ratified the Constitution.

What Jacob said is a proportionate and representative number when we look at the fraction of faithful Catholics who think the way these guys think that our current problems hail from the past were a fait accompli from the perspective of the past.

Most good Catholics and decent Americans have been led to this post-liberal belief in the past five to seven years.

It's become vastly popular.
