I checked with PR at like 10 so practice starts at nine. I checked with PR like 10. I was like, what's our what's our out time today?

Kind of thinking to be like 10 45 and he's like 11 30. I was like, damn. And they went every minute of it.

And I mean, we were all watching on the sideline. They were on the far field if you've been here, which gives a little bit of shade.

But we had that really nice weather last week. Cool temps today was summer in DC. Like it's not brutally hot.

But it's hot. It's August. It was hot and humid today. And the boys were feeling it on the field. I mean, dude, we were able to sit in the shade a little bit.

But you said those guys coming off like skill position got the guys that are on the field for seven on seven have to be absolutely torched.

It was the ninth period. I think they made a 20 minute period of 11 on 11. And both sides of the ball were going hard and they were exhausted.

It was a it was a it was a it was a pretty spirited practice, but not quite as contender as as as Friday's was.

Yeah, they got more work in without all the BS. There was a lot of encouragement like Chase Young and Montez. There's a lot of like coaches too.

Right. Both hyping up the guys are there. It was not it was it was it was like a friendly practice.

Imagine they kind of. I'm Ron. Ron kept them after four or five minutes on Friday to like talk about, you know, we want the intensity, but not the BS that comes with it sometimes.

Those guys have to be gassed, dude. I mean, they did have a day off. So like, yeah, you know, you obviously, you know, every coach ever.

Whenever you've been in a training camp or a practice situation, and you give the guys a day off, you hope they use that day as a day off and not a day to get after it or go have a little too much fun.

We did the opposite day off. Me and the big man had a hell of a night on Saturday night.

And I don't think either of us planned on potting today, but if those guys can go two and a half hours, we can go 22 minutes.

We can we can stick out for 20 minutes because it was a good practice. It was and pretty live contact.
