Inside the Birds is back. What's going on, everybody. It's Adam Kaplan and Jeff Mosher. And we're not the only ones that's back. Philadelphia Eagles are back. The NFL is back. Training camp is underway. Eagles already have, by the time people listen to this, Adam,

Eagles will have one practice underneath their belt and perhaps a second, although the weather

is not supposed to be great. So we'll see what happens. It may have to go inside for day two,

but we've got a lot of stuff to talk about, a lot of developments, both on offense,

defense. For the first time in a long time, Adam, this was pretty cool because I was at camp.

You'll be there in a day or so.

But for the first time, in a long, long time, the coaches, the players were able to speak to the reporters non-virtually.

Like right there in a press conference at the Novacare complex, outside.

And it was pretty cool. And I got to say, for those who always think that the relationship

between media and player or coaches adversarial and they think everybody, no, it was
