What's going on in my life let's see I am just back in town from from the

East Coast I I went and I worked in the Esquire offices for a week in New York and then I went down to DC to be the godfather of my high school crushes third kid.

Oh, high school crush written and about in the read about extensively

in the in the selling book party of one yeah it was a there was a long there's a

long bit in that book about about this guy yeah call Jim and and it's and he and his wife showed up to my reading in DC he now lives in DC and I hadn't seen him in a long time we you know we didn't part on bad terms we just drifted as as people do and so he

turned up and we got to talking and I got to know his wife she was pregnant at the time

and and we just clicked and had a really had a nice time and kind of stayed in

touch and whatever and they just completely out of the blue

asked me to be this kid's godfather like and he was born in at the reading they just

no like it but in the weeks after okay just in like emails and and whatever and so I was like

this see I don't understand why this is happening but I'm gonna I'm gonna take

this ride I'm gonna take this ride all the way to the end. And I don't know if they just, like my initial thought was like,
