| 1:44.0 | And you may not be able to do anything about the particular stress except to manage your reaction to the stress. |

| 1:58.0 | You manage how you respond to the stress. |
| 2:02.0 | So after you identify the stress and you think about a technique you're going to employ as you are experiencing that stress, |

| 2:17.0 | You train your brain and your body, your whole nervous system to begin to adapt to the stress to where you're able to manage it. |
