You're listening to the Girl Next Door Podcast. I'm Kelsey. And I'm Erica. We're two former

0:08.7

next door neighbors and good friends who love a good chat and a good laugh. We're inviting

0:13.2

you to come on in, have a drink, and stay a while. Hey, friends. Hey friend. Today we're talking

0:18.8

about calm parenting. I think calm parenting is something we've both

1:08.6

tried and true strategies. Plus, we'll share our favorite resources

1:12.7

for calm parenting. I think, too, it can be helpful to know the ages of the kids that we have

1:18.6

when we talk about this because it's certainly going to look very different for toddlers and older

1:22.8

kids. So Erica's girls are nine and almost eight. My kids are eight, six, and one.

1:29.4

So I will soon be calm parenting, hopefully a toddler.

1:32.8

So that'll be exciting.

1:34.0
