Wanted to get into the question that I posed with Grant Paulson.

What's been more disappointing this season?

The offense or the defense?

What say you before I answer?

I'll tell you what my answer is after you. I'm team Grant here. I thought the offense would be, I don't know about markedly better, but improved when you bring in Laramie Tunsell and you draft Josh Connolly to be the bookends on your offensive line to help what we thought it would help keep Jayton Daniels healthier than last season.

Hasn't been the case.

You also add Debo in a trade to pair along with Terry McLaurin.

Now that was hampered by the fact that Terry held in, missed a bunch of time after he actually

came back, hasn't been on the field a ton outside of the last couple games.

I think the offense has been the more disappointing of the two units. I think it's a close call. I'm just going to counter. I was going to say defense. And here's why. The offense, I feel like I can make more excuses for. Like if you said at the beginning of the year, Jaden's at this point in the year is only going to have played in seven games.

Right. And he's going to have suffered three injuries that are going to keep him from games.

My expectations would be lower. They also started the season without Austin Eccler. Terry's been in out of the lineup. Noah Brown, whatever.

He hasn't played until, you know, barely, barely been on the field.

So I feel like I can make more excuses for the offense. And statistically, certainly not great, but yards per game, they're 18th in the league.

Points per game, they're 24th.

The defense is abysmal. 30th in the league. Points per game, they're 24th. The defense is abysmal.

Against the run, 29th.

Against the pass, 30th.
