Okay, I thought I would jump on here quick, even though it's only Friday. I don't usually record the following week's episode so early or started, but here we are. I literally just

listened to my episode and I'm talking about like knock on wood. I still feel like something's

going to happen, like we're going to get sick and I'm not going to be able to go on my trip.

And so today, which is Friday I planned I had a recording in the morning and then I was like as soon

as that recording's done I'm going to drive an hour to anthropology go shopping before I have a massage

because all week I have had a raging headache.
