Hey guys, it's Kathy. I just want to share an extra mini episode with you every single week

because I want to be there for you. I want to be there to encourage you. I want to be there to

help you see things in a way that just feels like it's doable. Like you are so much closer than

you really think and I want to show you what's possible. So here's one of our Minisodes. I hope

you like it. Take a listen. You get to be Willy Wonka. You get to design the world that you want to

bring people into. One day maybe you just post a beautiful photo of a sunset and you write like

three words. Another day maybe you're scribbling in Canva. Some quote that you saw in some book and

you quote the person whether it's Mary Oliver or whoever it is. It's like we get to design

a sort of a viewfinder to take people with us on a ride. When you allow that to come from

authenticity, from inspiration, you can feel it. You can feel the energy of that and it doesn't

feel like you're just putting things in a grid. That doesn't work. There's no resonance in it.

So think of the world that you want to take people into. What do you want to cast, what vision,

what words, what does it look like, what does it feel like? Then you can talk about that on a

solo cast or bring somebody on and discuss it or you can pull people in from your audience and

answer their questions. It's fascinating because we forget that your truth is so interesting.

Your truth is so interesting to people. It's the best. It's so juicy. You can kind of feel it

when you go to someone's feet and it feels very 2D. There's a cute quote and then there it is.

This little thing and it's inside of a certain kind of a color scheme and then they do this

thing again and there's just nobody home. There's just nothing related. Hold on to. So when you're

interacting with people, it's like your authenticity. It's so powerful. Then you don't even need

like millions and millions of people. You need like a small group of authentic power,

like that small gathering of authentic humans connected and something that's a real agreement.
