mid-2021 with the results of the election plus

The second year of the pandemic with unclear direction from the

Biden administration from members of Congress who control the majority however

We can begin with California with certainty

That Californians who were free to go to restaurants were free to go outside were free to within limits

Join their friends at the beach or in the mountains or dishopping each day
