I just was flat this week. It's not a bad thing. They go up. I just didn't really go down. You're walking

You're doing your walkies. I actually upped my walk from 30 minutes to 40 minutes

Continuous continuous. Yeah, it's 40 minutes. There's no stopping

Yeah, that's pretty good. I listen to a podcast

I put on the sweat pants and this sweatshirt and I get all nice sweaty and I come home and I'm like

You know, I feel like I actually did something nice. Yeah, that's great every day every day

What time is the go-to time for the walkies? I usually try to do it

It's when my wife comes in from walking the dog because then she could take over

Watching getting me try to get to the bus so I'm gonna say about 815

So you know in the morning. I try to do it. Oh, okay. Mm-hmm. It's good. Yeah

Anything else have you have you tried that yoga app that I recommended? I downloaded it

I have not tried it that might be a tomorrow thing. We'll see how bad the weather is because we're supposed to get like a tsunami tomorrow

So I don't know if I want to walk 40 minutes in torrential rain. I recommend yoga app. That's why I so we'll see

I'll do what I can. I'm eating well better better. I don't know well is like a right
