everything the time is going ticking on and on everybody's washing gotta get down to the bus stop gotta catch my bus

I see my friends kicking in the front seat fit in in the back seat gotta make my mind up

Japan and of course we've got earthquake free wombat yep no no shaken here and

nuclear disaster free shipwreck that's true I'm gonna hire we don't get anything

book tornadoes right and I'm on Long Island or we don't get anything nope we just don't

get anything we get snow right so welcome to the show everybody I think most people

interested in hearing about the whole earthquake situation in Japan so I probably should just

get right into that at the time that the whole thing went down I was actually hanging

out with Dale North from destructoid who is living here sort of like a month or two at a time

and then going back to the states and we had just had lunch had a delicious lunch pastrami sandwich

and chicken parm sandwich at Suji's and we came back to my sandwiches well I had a pastrami he had

the chicken parm thank you for clarifying we both had root beer flowed so that's good it's very

important to the story believe it is so we get back to my apartment and we you know I was we're

just hanging out I was showing him Apple TV and we were looking at the using the airplay feature

off my iPhone I was showing them some pictures and videos of tie and that's when the earthquake

began now of course as you see there's a lot of confusion I think from from the messages that

get on Twitter and emails I get exactly like where the earthquake happened and where where

Tokyo is in relation to that so the earthquake happened you know fairly far away from Tokyo I mean

we still felt it very strong and we still were very scared when it was happening we you know the way

that the buildings are built here in Japan to withstand the earthquakes is that they sway back
