How do you motivate your staff?

us think well give them a lot of money they'll do the job not enough money they won't

do the job but it's definitely not as simple as that now I'm going to give you the

three things that motivate people more than money according to much research from recruitment companies etc and they are

P R A must make sure I remember them P R A not necessarily in that order.

The most important thing if you want to motivate helpers at your events that are doing it for free,

your staff, your customers, your family, your friends, anyone is what are their values, discover their values, and sell what you want

them to do based on their values. That's the single most important thing. So many of you who
