And I'll point out every yawn and you hit a bell and we'll count it up and see where we are. That would be embarrassing. Yeah, well, it's, it's not that you bore me, John.

I'm just tired. I'm getting a complex. Just wait until she gets a gummy in her system.

You know, the gummies put you out or rev you up? You know, I have not had a gummy in a very long time.

I think you need a gummy. I probably do. Maybe too. Well, we're going to play now clips from

CNN. The story is Alex Michelson. I was paired

up with Lisa Bloom last night. And we discussed, well, we discussed first the ICE shooting.

Now, understand this discussion last night was before this new video came out, which I think shows pretty conclusively

that the ICE officer was in front of the car and the driver Renee Good accelerated forward

and that he clearly felt he was in danger. Clearly this is self-defense.

And I think she hit him from the sound of it.

But we'll see on that.

He thinks he's gonna get hit, run over, side swiped.

Of course he's gonna shoot. If I was in his position, I would shoot too. Well, and he has been hit by a car in the past. How does that impact this whole thing? It has no impact. He still has the same level of responsibility. And no, you don't just get to shoot because you think that maybe the car is coming towards you. Yes, you do. No, you don't.
