episode with this story out of California where a mother of two was tragically injured in a surgery suite,

while her practitioner allegedly consulted on the phone with other doctors instead of calling 911.

Here's how the story lays out.

36 year old Megan Goresi was a California girl.

She grew up in Oxnard in a very traditional family.

Two parents, a brother, and all the family pictures

from vacations to holidays. While attending Oxnard High School, she met Moses Espinoza.

He goes by Mo. And as high school sweethearts do, she fell head over heels, knowing she would marry Mo one day and make all of her own

memories with children and vacations and holiday celebrations and her fairy tale came true after graduating from Cal State And her and mow

and her fairy tale came true. After graduating from Cal State San Marcos,

Her and Mo married in 2007 in Ventura, California.

Megan began working as a kindergarten teacher in three different districts before
