Ari, I'm feeling enlightened because we got to watch an entire Ohio State practice on Wednesday.

How are you feeling coming off a weekend bender in Denver, Colorado?

A great, Bob. It's Wednesday, by the way. It's not even the weekend.

The bender ended on Tuesday. So I'm 34 years old now, so I don't bounce back the way I used to,

but it was a good time with the boys. And I probably feel more enlightened than you after a weekend in Denver,

especially considering the fact that you watched a full practice on Wednesday and nobody participated.

Right. Yeah, yeah. We got to put finally been waiting, been waiting for seven years on the Ohio

state beat to watch a full practice. And then we go out there and like half the important players

aren't practicing. So we'll talk about that because it's interesting.

I don't think it's, I don't think it's super concerning, but I also don't think it's great.

15 days out from the season opener, we'll get into some of that in a little bit.

But since the last time we did a podcast, Ariane Day, all but named C.J. Straub,

the starting quarterback. He said on Monday, on the day the Quinn U.S. arrived, and I don't think

that was a coincidence, that C.J. Stroud is the leader in the quarterback battle, has taken

a lead, has separated, I think is the exact wording that Ryan Day used. Not surprising to anybody,

but based off the way that Ryan Day has talked about the quarterbacks since last spring, which is basically not said much at all,

like that was it for me. Like that was that was him declaring CJ Stroud the starter, right?
