Welcome back from the All-Star Break.

Good to see 12 teams back in action tonight.

Not going to talk too much about those games,

although we'll hit it a little bit as we go through.

So the news that's accumulated,

but since we last recorded it,

the buyout market has begun to come into sharper focus.

So what are some of the bigger ones there, Danny?

To me, the two big ones,

one of which we discussed on our final episode

before we took a break was West Matthews going to the Pacers.

His shooting guard compatriot Wayne Ellington

was bought out by the suns and joined the Detroit pistons.

I see those as parallel moves because both players

who are of course pending for agents

chose to go to opportunities of teams

that have lots of playing time,

teams that potentially have starting spots available for them.

And that is a completely justifiable rationale.

I'm not going to quibble with it at all.

And it gives them an opportunity to really rebuild their value.
