Mitch, how are you doing, man? I'm doing good. I don't do much running these days, so maybe we can walk at a leisurely pace and try not to break a sweat through these teams. But I kind of joke with people, the only running I do is on a golf course, and it's whether it's either like the hill I'm walking down is so steep it's just easier to run or I'm just kind of being a dummy and I feel like
