1:37.3	such that housing was pretty cheap in Sonoma County and he started accumulating with my stepmom properties to rent out and it
1:48.7	has become really successful for them. They don't own a tremendous amount of properties but they
1:53.9	cash flow pretty well and he really encouraged me by example and directly by saying you really need to do this.
2:02.9	And so he turned around and he said, I want you to see what it's like.
2:06.1	And so they sold one of their properties local to them.
2:09.5	They bought one very local to me.
2:11.9	And they said, we don't want any part of this.
