And we start off with Chevron, the stock jumping nearly 5% today after the company announced

a stock buy back plan, totaling a whopping $75 billion or roughly 20% about standing shares,

but the massive buy back plan and a hike to Chevron's dividend drawing scrutiny from

the White House.
