Do you ever wish you could cut through information overload and just get to someone's heart?

Mark DeMoss suggests using a very low-tech method.

I have never had a single person thank me for something I sent them in an email.

And yet, the people that have told me of the impact of a letter, a handwritten or typed letter that was in an

envelope with a stamp on it, I hear about it all the time. And I'm convinced that no other form of

communication matches the impact of a written letter.

In a fragmented world, how can you cut through the clutter of information and deliver a meaningful message to someone?

Maybe the answer is to pull out a sheet of paper and write a letter. This week, we've been reviewing a classic series Nancy recorded with her brother back in 2011.

Now, back then, letter writing was a lost art, and since then, the speed of information has only

increased. Has her brother Mark kept writing letters with paper? At the end of the program,

Nancy's going to provide some follow-up. Here she is to
