of the Work for Change podcast.

This one really cool. We were able to interview a few of our friends actually

yeah the buttery bros so that's Heber and Mars so these are two guys that if you guys

don't know they used to work for Cross Fit Inc and they did pretty much like all the videos.

Oh yeah. And now we kind of get into it in the podcast but I mean these are the videos that literally got me into Cross...

and they made the feature like documentaries.

These are two absolute insanely talented filmmakers that me and John have basically been

falling for a few years now.

Oh yeah.

And I mean like even while they were the media people

for Cross Fit and they weren't really named like I loved the videos and it would be

like produced or edited by Bulba and I'm like I'm following them.

And so like even before they were personalities,

they were like people that I, but we both were like,

we want to follow them, we want to be as good as them,

we want to, you know.

And so what Heber and Mars do now is they have a YouTube channel called The Buttery Broes where they go around and they're able because of the connections they had in Cross Fit before

They're able to work work out with some of the most fit people on the face of the earth.

And they just make incredibly good videos and they're just, they're really cool guys.
