It looks like we've got to talk about a little PSA here for baby mamas, if you have little babies,

future baby mamas. If you babysit, because little babies are tough to put to sleep sometimes.

And there's a TikTok trend going around right now that we need to talk about because a lot of people are starting to try it.

This might sound like bad parenting advice. That's because it is. All right. Okay.

TikTok moms have now been telling parents to try feeding their babies a spoonful of butter.

Huh? Now why are we feeding babies spoonfuls of butter? They claim it helps them sleep through

the night. Now again, these are just moms. These are not doctors. There has not, there's no studies

done on this. Mom's in the U.S. started the trend, obviously on TikTok, and it spread to other

countries like butter. England, New Zealand, there he started doing it. A lot of tired parents feel like it's

worth a shot because what's the harm, right? I just want to sleep. My baby. We all love little

fat babies. But here's what experts say. There's no reason it would work. And despite what TikTok says,

it is not harmless. That much saturated fat is not good for anyone, especially babies.

And a dollop of butter can actually be a serious choking hazard to some of those babies.

I would imagine. You know that you can't just be shoving a bunch of butter down there.

Now it is normal for kids not to sleep through the night. And that's part of the deal of being around little babies.

So don't just shove butter in their face to shut them up.

A bunch of parents who've tried it did confirm, yeah, it didn't work.

So once again, don't believe everything you see on social media.

Can you just spray them down with that fake butter?
