Summary

For many empaths, self-love may not come easily but it also may feel confusing as to what it actually means to practice self-love. Is it somehow selfish or self-serving? Does it mean taking away from others if we focus on loving ourselves? Please join us as we talk about what self-love really means and how to start a daily practice in your own life!

Self-love is the deepest form of self-acceptance; treating yourself with the same kindness, respect and understanding usually reserved for others. If you find yourself to be highly self-critical, are a people pleaser, or struggle with never feeling like what you do is good enough, learning self-love is a beautiful place to start to heal, set appropriate boundaries and create healthier relationships.

students in a classroom roll up a sheet of paper and he put a trash bin at

the front center of the classroom and he said I want everyone to throw this
