please understand that if you build a big business the bigger you get the smaller their company gets so if you don't understand that business is war and that you are a Viking no by the way as you get on your ship and you're headed to the distant land to take the treasure from the competition

something weird happens because you get closer to the shore and you look and you go do you look you're going to get you get out your what's the what's the thing you're not not binoculars you get your monocular your binoculars you look out there with your oculars you can see the shore you can see you okay they got elephants no big deal they've got spears no big deal I've seen it all they've got the arrows that you know that they can light them on fire I've seen all those moves I've got the swords I'm these are

trying to take over let me tell you what the worst once you build up a team of about three to five people or more get ready to be screwed about every six months now once you have a team of ten or more it'll be about every month

an unexperienced entrepreneur do well I think what I'm going to do is I'm going to read my answers in a kind of a soft kind of a jolstein kind of a way in that way it seems

happening so the question is you know what is the most upsetting thing that you've seen an unexperienced entrepreneur do

unexperienced well I've seen an unexperienced entrepreneur getting screwed over by their employees that they've

mentored but not like knowing it and believing that it's not happening and so they keep going no that would never happen it just wouldn't do

that and but then their front desk guy stole sixty thousand dollars from that actually happened I actually saw one of the clients who

worked with an inexperienced entrepreneur who had an employee who who put an employee who attempted to grow the wife of

another employee in the restroom and so they're like how do you put that back together in the Monday meeting so Craig I guess you

got the hots for Carl's wife huh I mean seriously and I had to help the client sort that out it's brutal another client I worked with

years ago they hired somebody who was a youth pastor and they thought that you know higher and youth pastor will be

high character and they found out that their youth pastor was spending two hours a day at lunch at a strip club and they

had to sort through that one well they have really good salads in my own life I actually hired a team of coders that
