In the past, we've worked with other marketing firms, companies, but every time they just wanted us to do different things, but it involved us doing different things. And in reality, we're just working being pediatric dentists.

I just don't have the capabilities to make these things happen sometimes. I don't have the skill set to do good videos or figure out how to put things on my website.

I would highly recommend that every dentist embrace a marketing approach. It just, you know, I'm a 44 year old mom and I still have young kids, but it's just a different mindset with younger parents these days.

They love the digital age and I was kind of set in my ways. I still wanted to just do print, do it in your little school newspaper, things like that, but that's just not how people are getting their information these days.
