A couple of years ago, my wife and I spend the winters in New Zealand and I was with this guy who actually had been the speaker of the house in the Australian parliament.

And we got talking about exactly this and he said every summer I reread Dale Carnegie to remind myself of those principles.

Oh, that book is unbelievable. And by the way, Philissar is out there who are not familiar with Dale Carnegie's book, How to Win Friends and Influence People.

Warren Buffett did an interview on the BBC where he said that is the book that changed his life.
