how do you deal with working with people?

How do you deal with working with people? How do you go to work every day, hating every single

person who works there? Steve, have you ever found yourself in a situation where you have

hated every single person that works in your office?

Yeah, it was like the day after I got fired.

Oh, really? It was like the day.

But you know what this made me think of is like, this is exactly why you need to do a group

interview and that you need to interview every week and that you need to have people shadow

and you need to follow that system and have a polarizing environment.

And then you can pick people that come to work for you that you'd like.

And then you won't have to deal with going to work every day with people you hate.

I could say with our Thrive Time Show core team, I pretty much like all the team members.

I've got a couple people that I have some issues with and I've talked to them and hopefully they

figure it out before they get fired. But other than that, I like the vast majority of our team.
