radio. And today we're talking about how to hire employees, all of the details, the specific

steps you need to take to onboard new employees. Now, now, Chuck, we're getting into the,

into the kind of some of the technical stuff. So I don't want to lose any of the listeners,

but before we get into the technical details of hiring an employee, I want to, I want to

play now. Have you noticed there are no spiders on your microphone?

Yeah, this was a problem. Have you noticed there are no mosquitoes in your mohito?
