I don't remember exactly what year it was. Ryan Wimpy came out and he trained my three

dogs and long story short, turned into a dog trainer. Before I bought a Tip Top

location, I was an HVAC tech. We did building automations for school districts, mostly.

What I like most about being self-employed is all the hard work and hours that you put

in directly affect you and your family. Not a big corporation line somebody else's pockets.

What I like most about training dogs is actually the results that we get and the reaction we get

from the people. We get dogs that are completely uncontrollable. The people are their last wit

and then we come in and we can kind of save the day and it's fun to be able to, I've literally

had clients cry. What I would say to anyone who is looking to buy Tip Top location is you just have

to do it. The reward is great. Working with the people are awesome. It's an awesome career. You just

have to do it. You know, a Thrive Nation years ago, we had a young lady in my office by the name

of Cat and Cat was a graphic designer and I was working with a client that was training dogs.

So if you could picture this, folks, I'm working with a company that's training dogs and I have

an employee by the name of Cat and Cat asked me, she said, Clay, with this Tip Top canine business

that you're helping to grow and franchise. I'm seeing the growth. I might be interested in

opening a Tip Top canine franchise and that's kind of how that conversation went is how I can

Hey, so how did you, can you kind of tell the story of how you first heard about a Tip Top canine

franchise opportunity? Yeah, that was about five, six years ago. My wife, Cat, talked me into
