So page two 10, page two 10. What does the word patronizing mean? What does that mean?

If it was being patronizing, if someone's, if it wasn't mean, if someone's talking like a

noun to you, how does that, how does that feel? What I find a lot of times is that bosses,

I'm not saying you just turn it on. Other times bosses are like, we need to be on time,

but then they are not on time. Right. We need to be accountable, but they are not accountable.

So a lot of times people who are self-employed are actually self-unemployed. They do,

the reason why they're self-employed is because they can't hold a job. Are we in the same page?

And I see business owners who say really stupid things at scale and motivational speakers want

to say these things to you because you want to hear them. Page two 10, we want to hear these things.

So motivational speakers say them and then people cheer. I'm gonna give you some of these phrases.

Let me give you three on page two 10. You can write it down somewhere because you can't train people

if you believe these concepts. One is they go. Motivational Spears go, how many of you are idea people?

You're more a big picture people and everyone goes, woo, because they're a bunch of jackasses.

Ideas don't matter. If you can give me a big pile of cow crap or an idea, I'm going with the

cow crap every time because the idea doesn't matter at all. It's the execution of the idea.
