Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Dear Reality, your ff.

That's right, I have officially changed the name from Dear Diary Your F to Dear Reality, Your Eft.

The background behind that is to be completely honest, no one wants to hear my diaries after about the age of 15

they start getting down the slightly illegal stance and no one wants to be arrested

so I've officially changed the name to Dear Reality, Your Eft.

You do not need to go back and subscribe.

It's still going to show up on your iPhone, in your podcast every week,

so don't worry about that but as per usual we're just

going to have a whole bunch of bravo liberties authors fun people we had an

amazing guest last week which was the celebrity publicist that I got all the gossip from so it's still going to stay the same light-hearted podcast you're used to it will now just be introduced as Dear Reality, you're

effed. So I am super excited for my guest this week, probably one of the most

important guests at least in the top 10 most important guests we've ever had on this podcast

I have got him here dragging kicking and screaming.

He is not somebody that likes to be in the spotlight whatsoever,

but I gave him three wines the other day

and basically made him sign a declaration that he was coming here today.
