We all know someone who struggles with depression, whether we know it or not.

It's something that those who suffer tend to deal with in silence, in the shadows.

But the organizations we are supporting with our annual overcoming the darkness fundraiser this month

are working to make it easier for those in the darkness to come into the light,

to find help, and to learn that they're not alone, that there are ways to overcome the darkness

and live normal lives. I'm evidence of that myself. I too suffer from depression.

Our goal is to raise at least 5,000 this month, but the more we raise, the more people we can help

Here at WeirdDarkness, I celebrate Halloween year-round, as I'm sure a lot of you weirdos do,
