Today I have Ryder, Carol, on with me. Writer is a very important

figure in the planning and journaling world. He is the creator of the bullet journal method.

He's the one that, you know, came up with this method on his own and shared it with the world,

publishing a book called the Bullet Journal Method, and always

being kind and generous in sharing of what he does on social media and on other platforms.

So when I found out that he might be available to come on, I was so excited.

Now, I am personally,

I don't think I'm a bullet journaler. Now, in our conversation, we talk a little bit about

how planning and bullet journaling might differ and where the lines are blurred between the two.

And I did really appreciate that he doesn't feel the need to be dogmatic about his craft,

and he has no problem with some people incorporating certain elements and then not others.

So in some ways, I embrace a lot of what he does. I love just kind of see my day laid out on paper,

and I find that writing out various parts of my day just helps me process them and stay on track.

Stay mindful, stay focused, as you'll learn that that's a big part of what he does.

And yet, I don't necessarily feel like I fit into the bullet journal or mode because I just
