Welcome to the Barnyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the Wednesday edition of the yard.

It is not a very happy day here in Starvall. And I will go ahead and caution you now. I'm getting some more work done around the house.

So occasionally, you may hear a dog barking or hear a door slamming or something. So don't think that I'm under duress or anything.

Just want to go ahead and give you heads up here. You may hear it.

Feeling like Grand Central Station right here the last couple days, but as it may.

It is graduation week. I want to go ahead and offer our sincere congratulations, our hearty congratulations to all the new Mississippi State graduates to be graduating this weekend, including my daughter Audrey Robertson, who will graduate with a degree in computer engineering. Really, really proud of her. Never thought that was coming. You know what I'm saying? You never know what your kids are going to be. You never know. You know, when she was younger, she wanted to be a wrestler. And her name was going to be awesome A. And she is awesome A.

She's just not a wrestler. So really, really proud. Got a lot of family coming to town, that sort of stuff.

You know the whole drill. Got the reservations made. It's going to be a great family weekend.

Looking forward to that. And as my first child that graduates from Mississippi State, the first of

three, the oldest one didn't graduate from Mississippi State. What's ironic is he's graduates from Mississippi State. The first of three, the oldest one didn't graduate

from Mississippi State. What's ironic is he's the biggest Mississippi State fan. But when you get a chance

to play college baseball, you got to go play college baseball, even if it's not a Mississippi State. So again,

to all the families out there that will celebrate their loved one graduating from our great institution.

Congratulations to everybody.

And it is a team achievement, even though the student is the one that does a lion's share

of the work.

I know there is a financial commitment and emotional commitment and investment that so many people

making these young people.

And it is really cause for celebration.

And so I hope you get a chance to do that.

And whether you're graduating from Mississippi State or somewhere else, anytime you get a college

degree, it's a big deal. I don't have one yet. I'm going to go back eventually. But, you know,
