0:55.3	Awesome. Well, I'd love if we could start by if each of you could tell us a little about yourselves
1:00.4	and then about Mondalese snack futures and the co-lab program. I'm Bridget Wolf. I lead our
1:06.4	snack futures program practice. I always go back and forth on what to call us on a team at Mondalese
1:11.9	International. For those who may not know, Mondalise is a really big snacking company that know
1:18.8	the brands of Oreo and Trident Catery. I've been with the company for almost two decades,
1:24.5	which is crazy. I started off in investment banking, then moved into
1:28.2	CPG brand management and have been given the blessing to run SNAC futures the past few years
1:34.5	will we do innovation and venture. And we'll get a little bit more into that in our conversation,
1:39.8	I'm sure. But I let Jackie speak about in it. She's our co-lab lead. I'm Jackie Heaney. I have been with
1:45.2	Mondalise for just about five years now, and I have a background in supply chain and project
1:51.9	management, and I have worked in CPG for my entire career, so across all different types of
