Today is going to feel a little bit like I'm rambling and like I'm all over the place.

time that I've ever done that I have a whole topic that I want to cover but it's

going to be on the back half of this episode because there's just something so like burning in my soul that I have to

talk to you guys about. So I'm going to use the first half of this episode to kind of just

talk to you about what's going on in my heart

personally and then the second half is going to be really unrelated but a

separate like a topic regarding your specific fatherhood journey. So we'll talk about that on the back half.
