Summary

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Shane Seo, a real estate entrepreneur who has built a portfolio of more than 400 properties using seller financing and low-risk strategies. We talk about how he got started with no credit, why personal branding has become a key driver of deal flow, and how door-to-door outreach is still one of the best ways to sharpen sales skills. Shane also explains why he is willing to lose money on live events if it means creating long-term value. From real estate to AI tools and post-event content, this conversation covers what actually works when building lasting success.
