And I'm Antonio Dodge. Today it's kind of a special podcast for us. We've been doing this podcast for 300 weeks straight.

So this is our 300th podcast. We've been doing this since I guess January of 2014 is that right? Yep. It's a long time and it's almost six years of

podcasting straight without making a break at all. I mean okay so there have been times when the podcast has been late. Yes.

And we've backdated it. We're perceivers. Let me come on. Well but speaking to that I think it's kind of

amazing. I mean I'm gonna be really self-congratulatory

here like unabashedly self-congratulatory when I say that I kind of can't believe

that you and I as two E&Ps have managed to get a podcast out every week

for five and a half years almost six years.

300 weeks in a row. Yeah well well that doesn't include some of our other

podcasts like the PHQs that we did in the early days. Like if you include those I

think we're probably at like 330 or something. I don't know. Well over 300 though. Yeah, but this is our 300

weekly podcast like consistent day-in-day-out podcast and I'm I'm I'm impressed. You know we've

had other podcasts in the in the typology space

personality types that have started and completed in the in the time that we've

been doing this like they've come online they've they've risen up and then they've gone away like many of them.

Yeah and some of them are really good too. Yeah I kind of miss them. I'm like where are those podcasts? I'm on the back.

Where are they go? Yeah I mean there have been some great great podcast that have come and gone, but I mean we're just

We just keep on trucking you know we just keep on trucking yeah, I mean we but to be fair we have to give ourselves these pat on the backs and

and be ridiculously self-congratulatory because that's part of what keeps

is going is our own sense of smug self-satisfaction.

Yeah, and you don't have to indulge us with it.
